I ran this category for 7 days and eventually got myself a sub 11!

This run warps pretty quickly to World 8, and then beats the game from there. Inside of World 8, there exists the infamous hands section. Here you have to go over 3 "hand" tiles and have a 50% chance of getting grabbed on each one, which forces you to play an extra level. For a sub 11 time, it is pretty much mandatory to avoid getting grabbed by any hands at all, which is only a 12.5% chance.

This is a pretty fun game overall, but the hands section's existence definitely makes this much less enjoyable to run for an extended period of time :/ I'm happy to move on from this category now.
