To install the gate in a location like this, you may need to use a spacer to ensure that the adapters are level. Once level, they are zip tied to the banisters. After the zip ties are securely fastened, the Retract-A-Gate can be attached. The whole process is relatively simple and now can be used to keep children and pets from going up the stairs.
