In the fifth season of the WB's 'Smallville', Chloe (Allison Mack) lands a job working at the Daily Planet after proving herself worthy of such an opportunity, and just as she is embracing her destiny as a reporter, so is her best friend, Clark (Tom Welling), as the hero the world desperately needs. Now, Chloe works side by side with Clark in the fight for justice, and enlists herself as his personal go-to-girl sidekick, with her connections to the latest news at the Daily Planet proving to be most useful.
