Collecting the last and hardest star in SM74 Ten Years after Deluxe (74TYA, 74xEE) by LinCrash and Lugmillord without savestates. I estimate this to be my third-hardest savestateless star, as it took me about 4 hours of practice until I felt comfortable going for attempts.
With this, SM74 Ten Years After is the hardest romhack that I have beaten, replacing Star Revenge 2.5: Remnant of Doom (SR2.5, RoD) by Brodute, and Millord's Memories is my new third hardest star.

This strat has been made obsolete by a much more simple and lenient variation - you can just fly through a wall gap at 0:31. This newer cheese also allows players to easily collect the wallkick tunnel star, the shell star, the cone star, or the cubes star, or to skip straight to the crossovers for the crossover star.
Done with Mupen lag and with Stroop open, but without savestates. This recording is a Mupen replay of my successful attempt.
I believe that this is the easiest ending cheese, although the very end appears to be scary.

I demonstrate a jump that can let you reach the only coins in SM64 Die Lavahölle that were previously considered impossible. This jump appears to involve a precise angle, a decent longjump speed spacing from 47 to 48, barely avoiding a ledgegrab, a first-frame wallkick, masterful straining to keep building speed efficiently, and a groundpound with a 1 frame window. Nevertheless, I could see it being done with savestates on a joystick; for keyboard this star still seems impossible.
The coins were considered impossible because the intended strat (https://youtu.be/D6PIKKyeKBA ) requires taking 4 slices of damage, but since reaching the top takes 2 lavabounces and theres only 1 red coin at the top, there isnt a known way to take those 4 slices of damage and survive.")
