(Yes this is a TAS, not supposed to be optimized, just show you can get this star CCCless and may give ideas...) Noticed you can actually fall from that place down to the star, and you can't get this star before you get the other stars in this course btw. This strat is most likely faster than actually getting the wing cap from the huge tower where you get the first star in the course. This could also be used to do the giant tower star.
