Based on youtu.be/bVlGF8VZ944. Couldn't get the 1f earlier wall-bump at the top from my previous improvement, but I did completely fix FramePerfection's new strat of turning around directly instead of doing a quickturn. To do this I had to to get close to the edge, which is only possible if you start the wallbump freefall slightly lower (bruteforced). By finishing the landing with between 16 and 18 speed, only 2 "turning around" frames are required, so the first freefall off the bridge can be 3f sooner than in FramePerfection's attempt. Note that you can't land with less than 16 speed or Mario will not even attempt to turn around.
