Based on previous 18.17 run by Xander, Crackhex and ToT.
I was messing around with the brute-forcer and found that 2 frames could quite easily be saved on the bully kills by better GP positioning. Then I tried some manual TASing and came up with a new strat where you GP onto the platform earlier (so the far bully charges more straight towards the edge) and try to kill all 3 bullies at once. I checked to bully code and found that after brute-forcing the BLJ I could just barely enter all three bullies's chase radius a frame earlier as well, so now the GP onto the platform was 2F earlier and more centered. Using this in combination with the triple kill (again brute forced) I was able to get the bullies off the edge 4f earlier than in the 18.17. The rest of the run basically the same.
