What is a jumpless speedrun?

A jumpless speedrun is something I created that includes a run that has no jumps involved. That may sound silly, but it's a lot of fun. The only jump involved is an involuntary jump that occurs when you reach the top of a surface you climb. This is not a factor of a jumpless speedrun, because you're not pressing the A button, so it is disregarded.

The most jumps I've had to do were three, but these two runs included, on 2-2 and 3-6, are purely jumpless.
