Before I actually start this level, I returned to "The Fire Down Below" to open its vault. I forgot to do that since the vault was at the very beginning of that level.
That vault's code is 5-7-9, and if it's your fourth vault unlocked, it'll be a page of the Thievius Raccoonus about Dev Cooperinda's Slow ability.
That will allow you to slow the entire game down while Sly is jumping. This goes back to normal speed as soon as he lands.
Now onward to the actual level this video is focused on.

In "A Cunning Disguise", there are security robots that will shoot darts at Sly if he step onto their carpets, and they're often fast enough to hit him before he can hit THEM.
To overcome this, you'll need to have Sly hid himself in a barrel and move with that barrel through the whole level to the next Key. It can also be used to fool guard lights, presuming you're not moving in their sight.

This level has 30 Clues for its vault. If that's your fifth vault unlocked, it will give you Chris Cooper's Dive Collection technique. Select DIVE, and then use it in the air for a different attack from the grounded Dive move. This will also snatch up any nearby Coins.

After this level, I use some of the Keys to finally access the hub's power generator, just so I can smash it and clear a path further into Raleigh's hideout.
From there, I'm gonna need to utilize all 7 Keys in the hideout to access a cannon that will blast Sly right at where Raleigh is in the hideout. I just need to get two more at this point.
