CG and I are getting ready to hit the road and head to Mexico for a few months–or at least that’s the plan. In this video podcast I bake up some Butter Pecan Cookies, and CG and I try to engage in a little travel talk, although I sure do find it hard to do two different things at once. In fact, I say to bake the cookies for 20 minutes when I REALLY MEAN 15 MINUTES! They come out okay at 20 minutes, but 15 minutes is sooooo much better. Here’s a link to the written cookie recipe:
