This first look review of the Slow 'N Sear Kettle reviews the pros & cons of the new SNS Grills kettle. Though not a side-by-side comparison, I draw some comparisons between the Weber kettle vs Slow 'n Sear kettle.
I think if you are a weber kettle fan, you'll really appreciate the features that were added to this kettle. After spending a few weeks with this kettle, I'm extremely excited about it. They definitely did their homework.
