Burnout. It's confusing. If I love BBQ & making youtube videos, what is the issue? I think in a lot of ways the process of youtube is setup to strip you of authenticity & can lead to burnout for creators. Today go through why I think that happened to me, and the changes I'm making to prevent burnout in the future.
