This review of the Big Green Egg (minimax) is my attempt to create the review I could not find after searching youtube for a review of the minimax. I had many questions that I couldn't find the answers too including...

1. How big is it?
2. How much does it weigh
3. What's it like to use?
4. How hot does it get?
5. Can you smoke a large pork butt on it?
6. How many ribeye steaks fit on it?
7. What are the pros and cons?
8. etc, etc, etc.

I answered these questions (and many more) in this review but there is no way I could have answered every question. If you have any follow up questions, feel free to leave a question in the comments and I'll attempt to answer them (or do a follow up video later.)
