Smoked pulled pork & a mini Slow ’N Sear Kamado review of the experience doing an overnight pork butt. So far after about 10 cooks on the SNS Grills kamado, I’m really enjoying smoking bbq w/ it. The Slow ’N Sear makes big difference when smoking pulled pork SNS kamado vs Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe (any ceramic cooker without a Slow 'N Sear like the Slow 'N Sear Kamado).
