Hi, Welcome to the Baby Back Maniac and my very first video on Youtube. Today we are smoking a brisket on the Komodo Kamado. I chose this as my first video basically just because I like to watch videos to learn about new cookers and there isn't a ton of content on Youtube about the KK...yet! ;-) Just to be clear, I am not affiliated with Komodo Kamado in any way. I'm just a normal customer with a video camera.
