Sometimes life can be fast paced and that can spill into our past times too. I maybe didn't heed this when I headed to the mountains when feeling exhausted but what did happen was that I was forced to slow down and enjoy the hike even though I was going slowly slowy. Sometimes a slower pace (both literally and metaphorically ) is a good thing.....
