After an interesting Steam Link session with Hellblade VR, we expand the research by trying out the same wireless VR tech, this time with Skyrim VR. Turns out that after long enough I realize that Steam Link is most definitely not up to snuff. Yes, it's usable and will function somewhat correctly, but due to horrible performance that is only caused by Steam Link itself, and due to a horrible encoder that mutilates almost every single frame you'll see, I would highly advise actively avoiding Steam Link until these major issues are resolved.
