In todays Episode to reach my goal of $20,000, I will be flipping this frumpy "Grandpa Chair" into a very popular Flip item: The Mid-Century Modern Swivel Chair. In these cases, I CANNOT over emphasize the importance of good staging and nice natural lighting. You wanna make sure your set isn't cluttered with other items and that you're shooting in as much natural light as possible. Also, light editing never hurts. Photos often make objects look dull, especially when taken on a phone. My app of choice is LIGHTROOM MOBILE. It's free and gives you so much control over each aspect of your photo (This is not a paid add btw lol). As long as you keep it true to how it actually looks, you can use editing software or apps to help enhance your photos to make them look more accurate to the eye and more enticing to potential buyers.
After taking off the skirt and cleaning it, I listed this beautiful Orange chair on Facebook Marketplace and within A DAY I had a response from someone who was willing to pay me IN FULL sight unseen. So obviously they're pretty sought after.
