By opening the heart piece chest right before a keg blows up the boulder blocking the raceway, you can skip the baby goron's text and walking animation if you reload the area (otherwise it plays when you look in his direction). There's a 4 frame window to do this, though it's unlikely to be faster unless you're using your own keg (the one provided has a very, very long fuse) and happen to be leaving and re-entering the area already.

This lets you get past the eye switch blocking Hover Boots without needing a quiver. Obviously youd want to use a different method than shown here for actor glitch with the door the hess or explosion methods should work. I just used hover boots for easy proof of concept.")
