This video shows my Sunday, January 25th, 2026 afternoon cross country (nordic) skiing journey through the residential streets of downtown Toronto. Starting from the Annex neighbourhood (near Bloor & Spadina) I skied south west to the Parkdale neighbourhood. For the exact route I took, check my Strava link below. On a day when Toronto received a record-breaking amount of snow, the snowplows were not able to keep up as it was falling, which made for excellent conditions for skiing on side-streets.
