This video shows a segment of my Sunday January 26th, 2025 skating adventure on Grenadier Pond at High Park in Toronto Ontario Canada.
Beginning near the south-west corner, just north of The Queensway, I skated approximately 1km to the north pit of the pond. The air temperature at the time of recording was approximately -1°C (30°F), but in the week leading up there were several days below -10°C, which made the ice nice and thick.
Please be aware of the risks of skating on frozen water bodies, and do your own research before venturing onto the ice.
