It has been a long push to get 98 knives all ready for heat treat and back. After having the profiles laser cut in December 2015 I began the pre heat treat bevel and prep work. When they were all ready I sent them to Peter's as a batch for maximum savings on heat treat costs. Including shipping both ways the heat treating cost $5.00 per knife.
Now that they are back from heat treat I can begin to finish them and send them out. I have work about 10 hours over the last 3 days and finished 9 knives so far. The new jig is amazing.
