In 2018, I created an OC named Wavetable Wolf. As his name suggests, he's a wolf (specifically a white-furred arctic wolf). I originally drew him with a sleeveless hoodie and jeans. I had created this song based around him and his logic-thinking skills. After I adopted my current username in 2019, I changed his name to Winston Welsh. In 2024, I decided to update his attire to a sleeveless shirt, jean shorts, and shoes (I originally depicted him bare-footed).
For this 2024 edition of the song, a few of the patches were swapped and the existing ones were edited a bit. I also swapped around the channels to reflect my current channel setup for my songs. The song was tuned down to 424Hz as well. I also opted to use the DualPCM setup to have the crash cymbal and kick play at the same time.
If I'm not mistaken, this was my very first Mega Drive original song I wrote where I opted to not use the PSG chip. It was a fun challenge to do.
