I wasn't even going to head out that night to see the yard job, but I had nothing else going on. Thankfully my gut told me right. I was waiting for the dispatcher to give them signal indication out of the yard before I made my out to the tracks, and on the way out, I saw what were not the normal dash 8s that usually work this job. I got closer and realized it was BNSF H1 and NS locomotives that were pulling the train! So of course I had to stay out with it for the duration of its trip. It was quite the sight to see. Super weird seeing six axle units heading a little branch to do switching work. Anyways, the beginning of the video is normal Bakersfield trains from various days. Sooo, enjoy the video!
