Single leg box squats are one of the best ways to identify and correct side-to-side strength imbalances. If one leg is weaker, less stable, or lacks mobility, it will eventually limit your squat, deadlift, sprinting, and change of direction.

The box creates a consistent depth target while eliminating momentum, forcing each rep to start from a dead stop. Build unilateral strength in the offseason so you enter the season stronger, more balanced, and more resilient.
