Hi everyone,
Its been a few weeks since my last video so I thought I would do a little something different and try out a live stream where we can make some madeleines and coffee together.
This is going to be a 2 part video with the batter being made on Day 1 and on Day 2 we will be heading into the cafe in the city to bake off the Madeleines and to brew some coffee with my brother and learn about latte art.
What you’ll need
Ingredients:
100g eggs (beaten, approx 2 large eggs)
90g white sugar
10g honey
100g AP flour
1/2tsp Baking powder
100g unsalted butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Equipment:
Bowl, small pot, whisk, spatula, madeleine pan, pastry brush, oven, sift
