★PLEASE READ: TW★ Greetings Friends, I've had it on my heart to open up and share some of my personal story about my journey with Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D) so I do talk about my winter depression struggles but hopefully it comes across in a positive light even if I mention the shadows as well. I'm by no means trying to give medical advice or trying to replace seeking a professional; and in these pandemic times some of the things I mentioned are easier said than done depending on the situation.
