Tonight I have a Simple Scrapbook Layout Idea for Hard to Scrap Photos. I really wanted to scrap some older, very important photos in a simple scrapbook layout. The photos are dull and not the best quality but the memory is very important to me so tonight I will give you a few ideas on how to make the simple scrapbook layout a little more bright!
