Today I have a scrapbook layout design that highlights creative background ideas. In this scrapbook layout design I am also showing yet another way to use our new party alpha dies and I incorporate some new, fun product in this scrapbook layout that will be coming in July! I am using the celebratory sips in a less obvious way in this scrapbook layout than you might think it was originally designed for!
