This simple fiber and bead bracelet was made with specialty yarn I found at the discount store. There are so many gorgeous colors and textures to choose from, you'll have trouble making up your mind. Added plus, the yarns are extremely inexpensive.

Along with the yarn, I used a piece of scrap wire (around 24 gauge,) plastic pony beads, 24 gauge art wire, large bead caps and a toggle clasp, scissors, wire cutters, and pliars. You might want to have some string, cording, or small rubber bands on hand to help with this project, too.

I'm thinking these would be very nice gifts for 11-16 year olds to make for friends at school!

I also received a message from a viewer (Misty) who was having trouble with getting deep curves in Dutch Spiral using 11's and 8's. I offer what I hope will be a solution to her at the end of the video.
