The third in the "Sim" line of games, SimAnt would come out in early 1992. Originally released for the Macintosh, receiving ports to DOS, Windows 3.1, the SNES (in a much different form) and the version we're showing off here, the Commodore Amiga. The most "game" of any of the Sim titles, having clear set goals/enemies/a way to win. The Amiga had both hi-res 640x400 and lo-res 320x200 modes, I'm playing in lo-res on real Amiga 500 hardware. Developed for the Amiga in-house by Maxis, this is an American Amiga game, best experienced in NTSC mode with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
