Anytime we visit a theme park on vacation, we always have to ride the train. Though I really like trains, I think it's the history of the train that I enjoy more than the train ride itself. I was really impressed with Silver Dollar City and all they have to offer but the train was not a highlight and didn't take center stage like trains do in many theme parks. This train seemed pretty small in size when comparing it to the trains that run at Silver Dollar City's sister theme park, Dollywood and the conductor didn't provide any history of the train. That being said, it was a train and we enjoyed the ride and I will definitely ride the train again when we return to Silver Dollar City.
