CW: DISCUSSING OF THE Palestinian G3 N0 C1 D3 CURRENTLY ONGOING IN THE G4ZA STR1P AT THE HAND OF THE I5R4EL1 GOVERNMENT. In the 3rd episode of "problematic witchcraft" we analyse the Palestine and Israel conflict history to understand the events that led to the most recent palestine and israel war 2023, we're going to look into the socio cultural context of the israeli P4lest1ne conflict history summarized which should give you bare foundations to understand the reasons why a country like South Africa, who has known Apartheid first hand, has decided to bring a court case against Israel for the alleged G3 N0 C1 D3 of P4lest1nian People. We're going to discuss Biblical History and the birth of Zi0n1sm as a political movement in 1897 and explain z1on1sm and the birth of Israel, how colonialism created Israel, and how the israeli occupation of P4lest1ne is consider a colonial issue and how palestine became Israel, the issue of the West, especially Great Britain and the US colonialism in middle east and the differences between anti-semitism and Z10n1sm as well as P4lest1ne and h4m45. we're going to look at the issues that allowed for the rising of fundamentalism in the middle east with Sharia Law and why as a queer witch and Arab witch, i'm going to bring my own knowledge and first hand experience along with stories from personal friends whose families were from P4lest1ne but have been displaced to neighbouring during the 1948 Palestinian expulsion and flight at the hands of Israel and the 3thn1c Cleansing that has been going on in P4lest1n1an territories and Gaza strip specifically ever since pushing things now into the P4lest1nian G3 N0 C1 D3 as recognised by the United Nations. We are going to look into how a certain part of the witchcraft community focused on manifestation and affirmations might actually be focused on toxic positivity with the "love and light" crowd deciding to ignore the P4lest1ne and israel war. I am going to bring a personal story and anecdote from meeting Starhawk, the original feminist activist witch who also happens to be Jewish but has been to P4lest1ne multiple times to help the P4lest1nians in Gaza while Jewish people describe her as a self-hating jew
