On the recent threats issued by terror outfits to Kashmiri Hindus returning to the Valley, he acknowledges that such threats will continue because the enemy operates from both sides of the border, but says the radical elements are now frustrated because there has been a sea change in the overall security scenario over the last five years. He asserts that the majority community in Kashmir stands firmly with the Kashmiri Pandits, and on the ground there is no real impact of these threats — people are going about their routine work, no one is moving out because of them, and more Kashmiri Pandits are in fact open to returning to the Valley for jobs and business.
