Something I did today out of boredom. I took the original .minigsf file and converted it to .mid via VGMTrans. Then, I used a MIDI editor to change one of the midi channels to the percussion channel (interestingly, the notes for the percussion instruments were in the right places), and then I opened it up in FMComposer. I swapped some instruments and changed the volume levels on some of them and this is the result.
