Gary Weber and Rich Doyle chanting Shankara's "Nirvana Shatakam", six verses on the state of enlightenment, freedom and happinesses. These verses were composed by Shankara, the codifier of advaita Vedanta, to describe all of the attachments that we possess, and how if one lets go of all of those attachments, the blissful state that manifests naturally. This is a very useful "check list" of where attachments may still exist.
The title "Shut Up and Chant" comes from Rich Doyle's foreword to "Dancing Beyond Thought: Bhagavad Gita Verses and Dialogues on Awakening". It is a strong reminder than when we become too "mental" or "intellectual", to just shut up and chant and watch it all fall away.
