Street Fighter III: Third Strike Fight for the Future was released by Capcom around 1999 on the arcades. This is the third version of Street Fighter 3, and like the 2 prior versions, it featured new characters, carrying over only 4 characters from Street Fighter 2 (Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Chun-Li). It wasnt as popular as Street Fighter 2 during its time, perhaps due to new characters and the decline in arcade games, but has increasingly gained popularity over time, thanks to the video of Daigos famous parry craziness during a tournament. It is considered one of the best fighting games ever made, and has enjoyed re-releases on different consoles.

X-Men vs. Street Fighter was released on the arcade in 1996, a year after the release of Marvel Super Heroes. It was the first crossover game by Capcom, featuring characters from the Street Fighter Game and Marvel Comics Universe. Its success spawned other crossover series such as Marvel vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom, etc. The game was eventually ported to the SEGA Saturn and Playstation. The SEGA Saturn port was well-received for delivering almost the same arcade experience, but the Playstation port got mixed reviews because it was crippled (e.g. no tag team due to hardware limitations) and released at a much later date (2 years later).

Battle Realms is a real-time strategy game by Crave Entertainment and Ubisoft that was released 2001. The game revolves around 4 clans Dragon, Serpent, Lotus, and Wolf each with their own strengths and weaknesses, and their own set of heroes called zen masters. All units originally start as peasants, whose primary responsibility is to gather resources and build. These peasants can be then trained multiple times in different training facilities, allowing it to become stronger and develop special abilities called battle gears. Playthrough of Breakers (ブレイカーズ) using Sho Kamui (神威 翔) a.k.a Jin Sawamura (沢村 陣), the protagonist of the Breaker series.
Breakers was a fighting game released by Visco and SNK on 1996. A true hidden gem among fighting games, this barely known video game has gotten a bit of attention in the fighting game community due to its fast pace and solid gameplay. Although the art and music have nothing against masterfully done street fighter alpha series, the gameplay is among the best when it comes to fighting games.
