(a.k.a another excuse to use Blender)
This logo seems a little weird. It appeared on a 1986 documentary about computer graphics (Computer Animation Magic, 18:06 in), yet the "It's Showtime" slogan seems to used around 1990.
There is a long version (which would be the rendering of the wireframe), but the we only have the short version's music (which doesn't quite fit in with the branding at the time? Then again, it might just be sourced from something else entirely).
This was commissioned to Wavefront Technologies, and supposedly used as a station ID, but there's yet to be proof.

My take at a generic IMAX tunnel trailer - though its kind of missing the point because:
- the trailer couldve been only licensed to IMAX theatres or companies and uh, not really any company
- this is in 2.35:1 cinemascope. normally an IMAX movie would be cropped to 16:9 for home releases
