Really, it was just an excuse to work with Mystia's sprite.
This was played in Splitscreen, with Player 1 using a Keyboard and Mouse, while Player 2 was using a Controller. Despite using an Animated Camera for the camera, the game still decided to split the screens itself, so I ended up with two screens showing my already split playing field. I cropped this out in the video, leaving only the one screen shown.
No promises on anything coming out of this; This was mainly a test to see how well I could manipulate sprite-like things with the engine. The main problem is that I'd want this to work online (so that splitscreen isn't an issue), but there's a lot of things I'd have to sync which I may not be able to, and it may just end up being completely unplayable for clients because of latency.
Oh, and for the unaware, this is based off the gameplay of the 9th Touhou game, "Phantasmagoria of Flower View":
