TWLOHA | Show Up for Yourself: A Conversation with Suzanne @TWLOHA | Uploaded June 2023 | Updated October 2024, 59 minutes ago.
Honest conversations have a way of making us feel a lot less alone. In honor of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, we sat down with our friend Suzanne to hear her individual journey with mental health, what helps, what gets in the way, and how she’s been able to show up for herself in the midst of juggling life in general. Everyone’s mental health story is unique and inspiring. We hope her bravery and honest words are just as encouraging for you.

Suzanne shared with us how being in-tune with what mental health means to her and how it feels in her body has helped her show up for herself through things like therapy and movement. Mental health is not something that has a finish line.

Don't forget to take the time to care for yourself too. Even the simplest things or just a small collection of minutes can make a big difference. The time and energy we spend on prioritizing our needs is a game changer. And if you’re looking for some inspiration or ways to make this easier, we created a collection in our store during Mental Health Month to do just that. This collection has so many options that will support you in making moves to care for your heart, mind, body, and community on a daily basis.
