Gregory LaPerche | Should You Subscribe To The New York Times: A Millennial's Perspective. @gregorylaperche5574 | Uploaded July 2020 | Updated October 2024, 11 hours ago.
I subscribed to The New York Times for a month. I read every Op-ed columnist's article, and many of their other articles. The New York Times is very informative, and I think that is known by most people. It is The New York Times after all.
However, I don't really want to subscribe to a newspaper that doesn't have any voices that acknowledge people like me. The New York Times unfortunately falls into that category almost all of the time. Most of the writers and things they choose to talk about are not issues I care about. Not only that, most of the topics talked about by The New York Times in their opinion section aren't things that other people I talk to care about, or at least no one in their 20s or 30s that I talk to care about these issues.
