When we see the first video it shows an encounter involving Bobbie Vann, the Campbell County Sheriff's Department, and others connected to Campbell County government.
In the situation shown, Bobbie Vann allegedly told citizens that he does not work for the public. Soon after, his son-in-law—Wasson, who works for the sheriff’s department—became involved. Also present was Grant Cole.
However they seized her phone an she is trying to get it back
In this video
The people involved later went to speak with Cody Chapman at the sheriff’s office. They were told the sheriff was not there and were asked to leave. In my opinion, as Chief Deputy he could have helped address their concerns instead of sending them away.
This is commentary and opinion based on what I personally witnessed.
