What happened at last night's meeting in Jellico, Tennessee should concern every resident. Our community is currently surviving without its primary hospital, yet Mayor Sandy Terry and the council are actively looking to pivot the property into a rehabilitation facility run by an out-of-state network from Kentucky.

​When pressed on the safety implications of putting a rehab facility right next to a school, the mayor shut down, deflecting questions and showing zero accountability to the people who elected her.
