I really gotta say it feels good to wake up on the other side of the world to notifications that someone wants to book my place and the 5-star reviews feel even better!
Now I won’t front like it’s been all roses. I’ve been woken up at 3am Vietnam time because the hot water heater went out. I’ve also had a few random things stolen from the property (someone took my throw blanked and one of my comforters…so weird). But overall, this has been a pretty good experience and I’m so glad my daughter is in Tallahassee to help manage it, she’s been a fantastic Co-Host.
I really want to add more short-term rentals to my real estate portfolio.
