ULTIMATE CHUCK ROAST BURNT ENDS aka Poor Man's Burnt Ends🔥 by @ScaleAndTailor
INGREDIENTS👇
Chuck Roast (3lbs)
Mustard (2 Tbsp)
Beef Rubs (2 Tbsp, Black Alberta Gold)
BBQ Sauce (1 cup)
Butter (3 Tbsp)
INSTRUCTIONS👇
1. Preheat your @PitBossGrills Titan to 250 degrees.
2. Prepare your chuck roast by coating it in a thin mustard binder. Next coat it in your favorite beef rub. We used Black Alberta Gold.
3. Place directly onto your grill grates and smoke for a few hours or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
4. Next, cut your chuck roast into cubes and give it another coat of your beef rub.
5. Place onto a grated aluminum pan and back onto the grill.
6. After an hour, place the cubes of chuck roast down into the pan, coat with BBQ sauce, and 3 dallops of butter.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and back onto the grill for another hour or until an internal temperature of 200 degrees. Let rest in a towel for an hour before enjoying!
