Laurel Beard | SHORT: Marbling with Fingernail polish? @LaurelBeard | Uploaded March 2024 | Updated October 2024, 10 hours ago.
Here is a little snippet of a video tutorial I made on how to create your own marbled backgrounds for cards using things you already have at home!
In the FULL video, I experiment with alcohol inks and fingernail polish! The fingernail polish method works best and creates a durable marbled look on the paper that doesn't rub off, while the alcohol ink has some rub off. This easy marbling technique is perfect for making patterned backgrounds for handmade cards, scrapbooking, and more!
