This is an In-depth look at how to organize a toolbox including tool selection, placement, and (eventually) using kaizen foam! In this video I unpack my entire toolbox and start from scratch. With all of the tools laid out I can quickly see where I have gaps or excess. It is then a matter of placing the tools in the appropriate groups to maximize efficiency.
