We finish the guts of the ultimate shop table/ultimate workbench build! Drawers were installed as well as a custom parts organizer rack for all of my most used hardware. I'm using Stack-On organizers with removable bins. These are so handy to have around the shop to store hardware and miscellaneous parts. I've incorporated storage for 10 of these organizers into my workbench for easy access. The workbench is now a fully comprehensive workstation capable of any project!
The addition of the drawers to the workbench allows me to store my most often used tools used for projects within close reach. I keep layout tools like pencils, speed squares, and tape measure's in the top drawers. In the larger lower drawers I can keep power tools like sanders, sandpaper, brad nail guns, and jig saws. This workbench is all about efficiency during projects and these latest additions really enhance its usability.
In this episode we detail planning, including using cut sheets, drawer installation, and basic cabinet construction. Use ideas from this video to upgrade YOUR shop in order to pursue SHOP GREATNESS!
