Cell Phone Video settings:
ISO - 100
Aperture (if available) 2.8
Frame rate - 60 FPS
Slo-Mo - 240 FPS
Focus - manual
White balance - auto, or set to your lighting color.
Lighting - directly above and red accent to the side, being careful not to light too much of the background.
