On March 6, 2025, we stood in front of Campbell County General Sessions Judge Bill Jones facing an extended Order of protection filed by LaFollette Officer Anthony Mahar.
The timeline of this order exposes the entire play: Mahar filed and obtained this protection order on January 31, 2024—the exact same day as the fatal Creekside Market fire that claimed the life of Kelly Kehoe. This legal maneuver was executed just 48 hours after his fellow officer, Isaiah Lloyd, came to our property, slashed our tires, and threw a homemade explosive device at us.
While a grand jury later indicted Lloyd for his actions that night, this specific hearing shows exactly how the local legal system coordinates to shield itself from public exposure and silence independent watchdogs.
During the hearing, Judge Jones chose to dismiss constitutional protections and explicitly labeled me "obsessed" because I continue to publicly question the official rulings surrounding the death of Kelly Kehoe.
